Matt manages the growing business of our Senior Living Studio and focuses on developing relationships with both for-profit and not-for-profit senior living clients, as well as our trusted business partners. With more than 15 years of experience in the AEC industry, Matt has developed a reputation as a leader in marketing and business development in his field. He also takes an active role in outside trade organizations such as the Urban Land Institute (ULI) where he serves on the national Lifestyle Residential Development Council, the Philadelphia Housing District Council and is a former co-chair of the Young Leaders Council. Matt is a Certified Professional Services Marketer and a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS).
