Paul is a key leader on our for-profit team with a specialization in independent living, active adult and multifamily. His two decades of diverse architectural design experience is rooted in a multi-disciplinary background of studio art and architecture. He honed his strong leadership and communication skills both in the industry and in his personal life as an athlete and coach. As a Project Manager, Paul applies keen organizational skills to every project and values commitment, dedication, and loyalty. Paul is a member of the National Association of Home Builders 55+ Council and the Building Industry Association of Philadelphia.
