Upon entering the clubhouse you are immediately greeted with soaring 14’ ceilings and an open floorplan concept featuring a reception area, coffee lounge and great room.  Other amenities include a media and game Room, wellness room and yoga studio, fitness center, a servery for catering community-wide events, and large outdoor patio area.  The amenities offered both promote active independence as well as create a space for the community to come together for engaging events and activities.  The interior finishes mix natural elements such as warm woods, travertine inspired tile, and natural stacked stone with lively pops of blue and yellow to create an inviting and energized environment.  Just off the clubhouse is a dog park and outdoor exercise equipment promoting residents to enjoy an active healthy lifestyle. The apartments, which range from 1,114 to 1,873 square feet with two or three bedrooms, have all the amenities and finishing touches one would expect in a luxury residence.  Spacious, open floor plans, plentiful storage, and private balconies invite residents to move in with ease and comfort.  Stainless steel appliances, walk-in showers with sliding glass doors, and rich finishes throughout provide sophistication and elegance to active adult living. “Completing this major milestone is exciting for our company, Cinnaminson Township, Siena’s residents, and for older adults in the area who are seeking an active living community experience,” said Michael Hartman, Principal – Active Living, CSH. “Siena offers an amazing quality of life experience and Cinnaminson Township is an ideal area for retirees to live. Active Living communities like Siena are ideal for adults who are ready to downsize, want to live near neighbors like themselves, but are not quite ready for the more traditional independent senior living community.”

The completion of construction was celebrated with a “Salute to Hometown Heroes” grand opening event featuring a parade that included the township’s police and fire departments, local dignitaries, and the Cinnaminson High School marching band. Cove Management out of Annapolis, MD, was obtained by Capitol Seniors Housing to manage the property with March Associates as Construction Manager.
