The Heritage of Green Hills

The Meyer Senior Living Studio team was on hand for the official groundbreaking of a new Health Center at The Heritage of Green Hills in Shillington, PA. Set to open in 2022, the new building will feature 70 spacious personal care and memory care one-bedroom and studio suites. Each suite will be the largest assisted living-style units available in the market and include a private bathroom, a kitchenette, and upscale finishes. The Health Center’s concrete and steel construction will feature wide hallways and oversized windo ws to allow for an abundance of natural light and picturesque views of the community’s scenic 78-acre campus. Meyer Project Manager, Timothy Wanaselja, has been working alongside the project team of Lapis Advisers, Certus FinancialLCS, and Benchmark Construction Company.

Located at 5 Executive Dr. near Route 73 and Evesham Road, Arbor Terrace Marlton will be located near major medical facilities, restaurants, and shopping locations. The new senior living community is scheduled to open in early 2022.
