Looking for an engaging, pro-active, and organized Project Manager to lead one of Meyer’s expanding senior living interior design teams. The qualified candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in senior living, multi-family, and/or hospitality design, in addition to delegation, presentation, team mentoring, and client interaction skills. Project management abilities need to be balanced with thorough understanding, knowledge, and experience in Revit construction documentation and interior detailing. Refined communication and listening skills are a requirement. FF&E experience is necessary. NCIDQ, LEED, and/or WELL accreditations are a plus.
Excited to find an innovative, creative, self-motivated, and organized designer to join one of our senior living interior design teams. Candidate to have 6-8 years experience in senior living design and documentation or related high-end hospitality or multifamily design. Revit documentation experience a plus. The designer will work as part of a team to address, guide, and mentor all phases of design from initial conceptual design ideas, design development detailing, selection of materials and furniture to construction administration and completion of the project. Furniture selection and procurement experience is necessary.
This new position at Meyer is charged with oversight of quality assurance and quality control for Meyer’s architectural and interior projects. The primary goal of this highly focused position is to ensure products and deliverables created by Meyer maintains an appropriate standard of care for a professional design firm. Particular attention and guidance will be given to code, departmental regulations, and agency compliance.
