Operated by local senior living provider, Northbridge Companies, and developed by Capitol Seniors Housing, residents will enjoy all the comforts of home while experiencing the secure, supportive services and social atmosphere they need. The 81,500-square-foot community has 96 units of independent living, assisted living and a specialized program focusing on Alzheimer’s disease and dementia care. Stone Hill exemplifies the Northbridge commitment to meet the needs of seniors and their families and to be a good neighbor in the communities Northbridge serves.

“We’re confident Stone Hill at Andover will be an asset to the community for years to come,” said Scott Stewart, Managing Partner of Capitol Seniors Housing. “Seniors deserve the very best and Northbridge goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care.”

The interior design of Stone Hill at Andover captures the warm and welcoming feel of life in a New England town. Inspiration was also pulled from Cape Cod, a frequent vacation spot for residents, as seen in the artwork and accessories. The interior has bright pops of blue mixed with warm greys and bold rust to complete the inviting home-like feel. The building also pulled inspiration from the neighboring Addison Gallery of American Art, with its own art gallery on two floors showcasing local artist work. Furthermore, a tribute to the Boston Red Sox baseball team is on display in the sports bar, with homage to historic Fenway Park and its famed “Green Monster” and signature “Citco” sign, as the perfect place to watch a sporting event. Additional amenities include a bistro, activity room, fitness room, theater, salon and courtyard.
