Take a first look at the new 186-unit Harmony at Avon senior living community in the growing Indianapolis suburb of Avon by Smith/Packett. Located on North Dan Jones Road, this community is strategically located near growing residential areas and retail areas along Rockville Road, and is near the University Health West hospital located approximately two and a half miles to the southeast. The community will be managed by Harmony Senior Services, adding another location to Harmony’s growing footprint of communities. Construction commenced in October 2019 and the community is scheduled to open in late 2021. Meyer’s Senior Living Studio is providing architecture and visualization services.
At a total square footage of almost 200,000, Harmony at Avon features 89 spacious independent living apartments and 64 well-appointed assisted living apartments, as well as a 33-unit secure Memory Care wing. Harmony at Avon also features expansive common area spaces designed to enhance the lives of the residents within the community, and also features outdoor courtyards to provide residents with ample outdoor recreation space. Harmony at Avon will offer a variety of floor plan options with one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and studio apartments available.
